To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Sales Representative (m/f/d) in Field Service for the South-East Austria region.
How you contribute
In this role, you are responsible in the medical technology sector for selling Belimed cleaning-disinfection devices (for the processing of surgical instruments, endoscopes, etc.) and sterilizers to new and existing customers. You maintain close contact with our customers and act as a knowledgeable and trustworthy partner who quickly solves problems and identifies new opportunities.
Your tasks
Proactive sales of our cleaning-disinfection devices and sterilizers as well as associated product solutions to new and existing customers
Strengthening and representing the company as a leading solutions provider in sterile goods processing
Planning, coordinating, and preparing customer appointments as well as conducting presentations and reference visits with customers
Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders (purchasing, users, technical staff)
Strategic and operational negotiations with customers as well as contract conclusion in the course of handling tenders
Identifying potential after-sales opportunities and acquiring prospects for new systems
Managing and documenting the sales process and ensuring the jointly set goals in a familiar, down-to-earth environment and team
Cross-departmental collaboration to offer holistic solution approaches for our customers
Participation in trade fairs and professional congresses
What you need
Completed technical and/or commercial training. Alternatively, training in healthcare with technical affinity and medical technology sales ambition
Experience in the service, healthcare, or medical industry – ideally in the sterilization process/processing environment
Successful sales and consulting experience in field service is desirable
General knowledge in sales documents, contract management, orders, financial tables, and reports
Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
Negotiation and presentation skills
Fluent German and English skills, good MS Office knowledge, and familiarity with CRM systems; SAP knowledge is an advantage
Teamwork, flexibility, analytical skills
Willingness to travel (60-80%)
