The bilingual offer in Biel is used by people of all ages from all over Switzerland. Many of them work in our partner companies: for example, in the watch industry, IT, or new media. For our business area "Labor Market Integration," we are looking for an Integration Specialist 80 – 100% by arrangement. These are the main tasks ▪ You support and accompany our apprentices and participants in integrating into the primary labor market following the Case Management process and thus also take over the coordination of the professional measure. ▪ You conduct conversations with the apprentices and participants and plan work-specific and practical assignments. ▪ You work in an interdisciplinary team as well as in exchange with external specialists. This is what you should bring ▪ Completed basic education at least at secondary level II. ▪ Further training in the field of integration, social work, pedagogy, social insurance, or psychology. ▪ At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience and solid experience in dealing with people with special needs. ▪ You are a native French or German speaker with very good knowledge of the other language in spoken and written form.
