Your tasks
- Shaping systems: You take over the maintenance, support and future-oriented further development of our SAP modules (MM and HCM).
- Digitising processes: You actively contribute to the design of SAP interfaces, peripheral systems and the digitisation of processes.
- Leading & supporting projects: You participate in cantonal-wide committees during release changes and drive implementation at the Bern Cantonal Police.
- Being an interface: You are the central SAP contact person within Kapo Bern and ensure exchange with the CCOE of the Finance Administration.
- Strong together: You actively work in authorisation management (SAP/Time) and help implement new functionalities and processes.
- Sharing knowledge and taking responsibility: You are responsible for key user support, conduct user training and document innovations clearly. Additionally, we entrust you with deputy management of the specialist department.
Your profile
- Solid foundation: A completed higher education (FH, university) in business informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification.
- SAP know-how: Several years of solid experience in the SAP modules MM and HCM.
- Project experience: Ideally, you have already successfully led projects of various sizes.
- Mindset: Strong analytical skills, interconnected thinking and a high quality standard for your own work.
- Personality: You are communicative at all hierarchical levels, enjoy working in a team and convince with a customer-oriented, motivated manner.
