You work cross-functionally with Market and Production Passenger Transport, take responsibility from legal assessment to pragmatic implementation, and thus contribute to sustainable solutions for customers and the company.This is what you can achieve.
- You advise and support business units of the Market and Production Passenger Transport divisions on legal and compliance matters, especially contract law, procurement law, corporate law and general public law.
- You take on the advice and support of project teams and managers on legal issues from project start to implementation.
- You identify legal opportunities and risks early, highlight options for action and safeguard the interests of SBB and its group companies.
- You provide target group-appropriate legal foundations and contribute to the legal training and further education of employees.

- As a personality, you are resilient, assertive, solution-oriented and appreciate working in a team.
- On your professional path, you have gained practical experience in civil law as well as public law, ideally in procurement law.
- A university degree in law from a Swiss university as well as the lawyer's licence are prerequisites.
- You are a native German speaker and have very good French and English skills.
