For the establishment of the newly created agile Data & AI team, we are looking for reinforcement. In other words: you!

Your new job

• In close collaboration with the Product Manager, take responsibility for the consistent planning, implementation and continuous improvement of data- and AI-based solutions
• Actively shape the group-wide data and AI platform and ensure stable, secure and efficient operations
• Identify technical challenges, dependencies and conflicts of objectives early and consistently resolve them together with relevant teams
• Prioritise, maintain and transparently manage the technical backlog in close coordination with Product Management
• Clearly structure professional and technical requirements, assess benefit potentials for customers and the group
• Convey complex matters appropriately and understandably in a heterogeneous environment

What we benefit from

• Many years of proven experience in the field of data, platform or AI products
• University degree in computer science, data science, business informatics or comparable qualification
• Technological understanding in data architecture, data engineering and machine learning
• Sound knowledge of agile methods and tools used (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
• Experience in operating platforms in a regulated environment
• Strong communication skills, openness and enjoyment in collaborating with diverse personalities
• Native German speaker or business fluent German skills, both spoken and written
