The Business Unit Banking Services (BBS) of SIX is the competence center for operations, development, and innovation in Swiss payment transactions. As an Intern Operational Excellence, you support the team in various analytical as well as administrative tasks.

These Are Your Tasks

You support the development of new and the improvement of existing measures to further promote operational quality and efficiency within the entire SIX Banking Services.
You assist in the preparation and implementation of measures to improve our internal and external services.
You contribute to strengthening our internal processes and document them to ensure continuous improvement.
You work closely with the business, data science, operations, and IT to structure and categorize information and data.
Depending on your interests and skills, additional tasks may be added. This offers you the opportunity to continuously expand and deepen your skills in various areas.

This Is What You Bring

You are currently enrolled in a course of study such as Data Science, Business Informatics, or Business Administration or have already completed it.
Ideally, you have already gained some professional experience in a comparable environment.
You work in an analytical, structured, and solution-oriented manner.
You are able to work effectively both independently and in various teams and with different stakeholders.
You are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
