• Professional experience: Auditing or fiduciary, limited audits.
• Soft skills: Team spirit, appreciation with a motivating working style.
• Interest: Enthusiasm for the political operation and the diverse state tasks of the canton.
• Communication: Confident appearance and the ability to clearly convey complex matters.
