• Consultation and support of social welfare recipients
• Initiating social and professional integration measures
• Calculation, verification, and payment of social welfare benefits
• Collaboration with authorities and specialist agencies

• Completed education in social work at a university of applied sciences
• Committed and resilient personality
• Solid knowledge in the field of social welfare and social insurance law (or interest and willingness to familiarize yourself with the work area)
• Experience in transcultural social work is an advantage
• Professional experience desired
• Good PC user skills; experience with the case management software Tutoris is desirable
• Administrative and organizational skills
• Humor, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
