The Regional Employment Centre (RAV) ensures competent and comprehensive advice for job seekers, employers, and other authorities. It supports job seekers in their reintegration process into the labour market with measures from unemployment insurance. A rapid and lasting job placement is the priority.
We are looking for a
Personnel Consultant IIZ Sargans (m/f/d)
from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement
Workload: 80-100%
Workplace: Sargans
What to expect
- Advising and placing job seekers with and without multiple problems
- Coordinating between unemployment insurance, other social insurances, and social welfare within the framework of inter-institutional cooperation (IIZ)
- Conducting and recording advisory discussions
- Developing and agreeing on appropriate reintegration strategies and qualification measures with job seekers
- Collaboration with internal specialist departments (logistics of labour market measures, legal service, employer service, etc.)
- Checking compliance with legal requirements and initiating sanctions in cases of abuse
- Carrying out all administrative tasks related to the activities
What distinguishes you
- Commercial basic training or apprenticeship with commercial further education
- Federal diploma as HR specialist, social insurance specialist, or willingness to undertake further training to become an HR specialist (specialisation B)
- Professional experience in personnel placement, personnel consulting, demanding customer consulting, or close relation to social insurance
- Empathetic and solution-oriented communication with a wide range of interlocutors from various social and cultural backgrounds
- Flexibility and willingness to work at the RAV locations Heerbrugg and Rapperswil if required
