Your Tasks

• Receiving telephone and written assembly appointments from customers and internal departments
• Scheduling of assembly teams (detailed planning)
• Appointment coordination and communication between customer and production
• Monitoring the timely execution of assignments or informing the customer in case of delays
• Planning of service work and partial procurement of required materials through internal departments
• Assembly feedback
• Site visits

Your Profile

• Completed technical or commercial training
• Professional experience in a comparable position (kitchen industry) is an advantage
• Communicative personality with enjoyment of customer contact
• Fluent in German
• Resilience
• Good MS Office user skills
• Solution-oriented, independent and responsible working style
