To support our team in Mägenwil AG, we are looking for an immediate or agreed start date for a
Garden Maintenance Employee AG (m/f/d) 100%
Your tasks
- You are responsible for the professional maintenance and care of the green areas of around 40 properties and ensure they appear well-kept throughout the year
- Your duties include pruning shrubs as well as other seasonal garden work (mowing lawns, hedge trimming, weeding and cutting back flower beds)
- You independently and reliably carry out minor repairs and maintenance work on garden facilities
- With the appropriate prior knowledge, you take on additional tasks in the construction and renovation of walkways, paved areas, and playgrounds
- In your daily work, you regularly liaise with administrations and tenants, presenting yourself in a friendly and professional manner
- Quality is paramount to you: with your conscientious work ethic, you ensure that the prescribed processes and quality standards are always adhered to
- During the winter months, you assist with winter services and ensure safe and accessible outdoor areas
Your profile
- You have completed training as a gardener EFZ and ideally already have several years of professional experience in garden maintenance
- You are familiar with common small machines and tools and can operate them safely and professionally
- You work independently, conscientiously, and reliably and enjoy taking responsibility for your tasks
- As a service-oriented person, you appreciate contact with customers and impress with your friendly and well-groomed appearance
- Ideally, you have a good understanding of plants as well as knowledge of soil science, fertilisation, and sustainable green care
- Good German language skills and a driving licence category BE / trailer test complete your profile
