Your Tasks
- You lead technical manufacturing projects and are responsible for the continuous development of equipment, processes and manufacturing aids
- You implement technical adjustments to existing production systems, supervise them and continuously optimise them
- You ensure an efficient, stable and modern production environment
- You plan, design and realise manufacturing aids, fixtures and prototypes
- You create technical drawings and 3D models
- You work closely with production, engineering, quality and other internal interfaces
- You lead or support technical improvement, optimisation and innovation projects
- Prospectively: You take on international projects in the field of strip galvanising and are ready for worldwide assignments
What you bring
- Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, polymechanic, locksmith or mechanical engineer
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a technical environment and experience in project management
- Sound knowledge of 3D-CAD (e.g. SolidWorks, Inventor or similar programmes)
- Good German and English skills
- High commitment and motivation to actively shape change
- Creativity and a solution-oriented mindset
- Careful working style and a high level of reliability
- A structured, methodical approach and the ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Willingness to undertake international assignments and motivation to develop into a project manager for strip galvanising within the next 2–3 years
