Your Tasks
- Professional and organisational co-leadership of the outpatient team as well as ensuring high-quality patient care
- Design and further development of the clinical treatment offerings
- Promotion of interdisciplinary collaboration and maintenance of exchange with internal and external stakeholders
- Networking and cross-site collaboration within child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy
Your Profile
- Completed studies in psychology (Master’s or Doctorate) as well as recognised further training in psychotherapy
- Several years of broad therapeutic professional experience and ideally leadership experience or corresponding leadership training
- Team and cooperation skills as well as social competence
- Analytical, innovative, and solution-oriented thinking with enthusiasm for shaping
- Resilient, flexible, and responsible personality with assertiveness
