SPECIALIST: FINANCE & ACCOUNTING 80-100%

To strengthen our finance team in a dynamic SME environment, we are looking for an ambitious personality with grit on the pedals and a forward-looking perspective.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO SUCCESS

• Operational Accounting: Active participation in daily business (creditors/debtors including dunning, payment runs, banks) in the ERP Comarch.
• Closings & Controlling & VAT: Support with annual financial statements (Swiss Code of Obligations), monitoring various business processes, preparation of monthly key figures, and VAT returns.
• Process Optimisation: Active development of existing financial processes with a focus on digitalisation and automation.
• Projects & Interface: Representation of finance in projects in close collaboration with IT, logistics, and external partners.

YOUR PROFILE

• Education: Commercial basic training with ongoing or recently completed further education as a federally certified specialist in finance & accounting or equivalent.
• Experience & Mindset: Initial practical experience in accounting and ERP (preferably SME environment). Ambitious clerk with the will to take the next step.
• IT & Process Strength: High affinity for modern ERP systems, digital tools, and lean processes.
• Personality: Hands-on team player, confident German, and joy in cycling/bike sport.
