For our modern machinery, we are looking for a committed individual (m/f/d) as an Operations Mechanic who ensures our production runs smoothly with technical know-how, precision and vigour.
Operations Mechanic (m/f/d)
Your Contribution to Success
- You independently identify faults, quickly resolve them and ensure high availability of our systems through proactive maintenance
- You recognise failure risks early, develop well-thought-out emergency scenarios and implement measures that sustainably prevent recurring faults
- You represent the team leader during absences and support them with leadership and organisational tasks
- You actively participate in optimisation projects and make our production more efficient step by step
- You actively support the team in on-call and fault service
Are You Ready?
- A completed technical basic training, e.g. as a polymechanic, agricultural or construction machinery mechanic, as well as practical experience in maintenance
- Solid knowledge in mechanics, electronics, pneumatics and hydraulics, ideally complemented by initial experience in Lean Management (5S, structured problem solving)
- Further training, e.g. as a maintenance specialist, HF or NIV Art. 15, is an advantage
- You work independently, remain calm under pressure and enjoy working as part of a team
- You take pleasure in organisational tasks and have a high standard of quality
- You are mobile for on-call duty (driving licence category B)
