Process Technician

For the team of the RnD, Wafer Production Engineering department in the Backend area, we are looking for a reliable and dedicated individual as a Process Technician.

Your Tasks

• 1st-level support and technical assistance with equipment and process issues in production
• Analysis of device alarms or shutdowns and decision on machine status (UP or DOWN)
• Ensuring correct equipment operation in daily production processes:
  • Performing setup, configuration, and programming tasks according to approved standards
  • Assisting with requalification after maintenance or configuration changes
  • Supporting routine inspections, tests, and maintenance work
• Training new operators, checking compliance with applied work methods, revising and/or creating new work instructions, and monitoring adherence to safety regulations

Your Profile

• Technical vocational training with further education as a technician HF or equivalent
• Experience in industrial manufacturing, preferably in microtechnology or semiconductor production
• Familiarity with production equipment and basic measurement technology
• Confident handling of PC-based systems (MES, MS Office, equipment interfaces)
• Quality-oriented, reliable, and committed personality with precise and independent working style
• Good German and English skills
