Sociocultural Specialist with a Focus on Youth Work 60%
Your tasks
in the role as co-manager of the Sunnemetzg leisure facility (30%)
- Active participation in the Sunnemetzg leisure facility
- Further development of community and leisure offerings
- Design of participatory formats and collaboration in projects
- Coordination of offerings and promotion of cooperation, quality assurance and public relations
in the area of youth work (30%)
- Organisation and management of meeting offerings for young people
- Contact person for children and young people in the development and implementation of their ideas
- Support of community-designed projects in the meeting place as well as in the social space
You bring with you
- Experience in sociocultural work, ideally with a focus on leisure, children and youth
- Completed studies in social work (FH/HF), ideally with a specialisation in socioculture
- Networked working as well as enthusiasm for working with young people
- Strong social and communication skills as well as a high solution orientation
- Independent and responsible way of working
