We

TGS Trading AG includes the brands 3DWare and World-of-Trains. We operate a specialist retail business with 3D printing and model railway products. We maintain the webshops 3Dware.ch and World-of-Trains.ch and run a shop in Dürnten. We offer a modern working environment, an uncomplicated collegial atmosphere, and 6 weeks of holiday.

Your Role

You will serve our customers in the shop, by email, or by phone in a friendly and competent manner. You will process orders and assist with the management of the shop. You will maintain our product data for the online shop.

You Bring:

• Interest in model railways
• Interest in 3D printing
• Confident manner and good interpersonal skills (written and spoken)
• Experience in sales
• Good IT skills (Excel and Outlook)
• A flair for technology
• Category B driving licence
