Caretaker (Focus on Maintenance & Cleaning)

What you can achieve with us.

As a mobile caretaker, you will look after the buildings of our clients and their users in various regions as part of a team. You actively ensure a clean appearance of the properties. Your responsibilities include the following tasks:

• General caretaker duties (e.g. changing light bulbs)
• Technical inspections of the properties
• Carrying out minor repairs
• On-call duty
• Various cleaning tasks in different areas (e.g. emptying bins, removing cobwebs, cleaning public toilets, removing graffiti, etc.)
• Support with special cleanings and relocations
• Gardening, grounds maintenance, disposal, providing containers
• Contact person for clients
• Conducting inspections and keeping records
• Substituting team members

In addition, you bring the following qualifications:

• Basic craft training, specialist in operational maintenance or building cleaning is an advantage
• Good IT user skills
• Very good German language skills
• Driving licence category B mandatory
• High customer and solution orientation
• Reliability, resilience and flexibility
• Communicative personality and well-groomed appearance
