TREASURE? We are the in-house agency for the gastronomy and hotel businesses we collaborate with. This means that the managers and kitchen heads can focus on their host roles while we support them behind the scenes. This includes services such as accounting, personnel administration, marketing, purchasing, and IT.

We are looking for from January 2027 or by arrangement

a Head of Marketing with a Focus on Design and Social Media 80-100% (m/f/d)

As Head of Marketing, you have a feel for strong messages and impactful design. You are familiar with classic
print layouts as well as social media content. You are responsible for all
marketing and communication measures designed in-house by you and your five-member team.
You support around 30 partner businesses and make their stories, offers,
and brands visible, with great passion, fresh ideas, and an eye for detail.

YOUR ROLE

• Responsibility for the marketing and communication planning of our partner businesses
• Leadership and coordination in the areas of social media, graphics, and online marketing
• Conceptualisation of communication measures as well as design of print and digital media
• Planning and implementation of social media content and campaigns in collaboration with our Social Media Manager

YOUR PROFILE

• You have completed training and further education in marketing, communication, or graphics
• You bring initial leadership experience
• You have experience in marketing and communication, in social media, and in designing communication materials
• You have knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud
• You work independently, in a structured and creative manner
• You like to take responsibility and are enthusiastic about gastronomy and hospitality
