What you can achieve
- You will responsibly handle and lead a wide variety of civil engineering projects through all planning phases
- With your solid knowledge, you have the opportunity to help shape the civil engineering sector
- You actively support the expansion of interdisciplinary collaboration in the fields of environmental, construction, and plant engineering
- There is the possibility to take over a motivated team as a department head in the medium term
- You are always available to our clients through professional and partnership-based advice
- You represent HOLINGER AG in the region and actively maintain the network with clients, authorities, and contractors
Your competencies are
- A completed degree as a civil engineer ETH/University/FH, ideally with experience in project management as well as in the dimensioning of roads and drainage projects
- Good knowledge of common tools (software programmes) for dimensioning as well as the applicable Swiss standards (SIA, VSS, VSA, etc.)
- You have also gained experience in acquisition and dealing with clients and authorities
- Passion for planning and realising civil engineering projects
- Interest and motivation to integrate and apply the BIM methodology in project execution
- Willingness to take responsibility in projects and within the team
- Proficiency in the German language, both spoken and written
