AG, a company of the Hälg Group, we are looking for a Deputy Head of Workshop and Prefabrication in St. Gallen.
Your Challenge
- Deputy management of the workshop and prefabrication
- Active participation in welding work (steel and stainless steel)
- Construction and manufacturing of pipe and locksmith structures in various sizes
- Technical and personnel management of the workshop team
- Planning and coordination of appointments, capacities and processes
- Technical support in day-to-day business
- Ensuring efficient prefabrication
- Responsibility for quality assurance in the workshop
- Control of execution quality and compliance with specifications
- Support in the continuous improvement of processes
Your Profile
- Completed training in plant and apparatus engineering, metal construction or comparable
- Several years of experience in processing steel and stainless steel
- Very good knowledge of welding processes (TIG, MAG advantageous)
- Experience in pipeline construction and locksmith work
- Technical understanding and precise working method leadership
- Initial leadership experience advantageous
- Ability to lead a small team clearly and efficiently
- Responsible and reliable
- Independent and structured working style
- Assertive and solution-oriented
- Team player with clear communication
- German spoken and written, additional languages advantageous
