General Secretariat
Your missions
As part of your internship, you provide scientific and logistical support to the scientific assistant responsible for national policy and international relations issues. You notably contribute to the preparation of the national and international commitments of the Rector and the Rectorate. Additionally, you contribute to the institutional and political tasks of the General Secretariat.
Your profile
- You are currently pursuing or have completed a Master’s degree from a university of applied sciences in political science, international relations, or human and social sciences;
- Experience related to politics or institutional matters is a plus (e.g., youth parliament);
- You have a strong interest in political issues and in the field of higher education in particular.
Your skills
- You have excellent synthesis and writing skills;
- Proactive, autonomous, and curious personality, you have the ability to anticipate needs;
- You know how to integrate harmoniously into a team and collaborate;
- Stress-resistant, you have excellent adaptability;
- You have an excellent knowledge of French with secure spelling (C2) and a good command of German (B1-B2) and English (B2). Knowledge of Italian is an asset.
Activity rate: 80-100%
Contract duration: Fixed-term contract of 12 months – paid internship
Start date: From 01.11.2025 or to be agreed
Workplace: Lausanne with occasional travel in French-speaking Switzerland
