The network includes two hospitals in Moutier and Saint-Imier and nine Medicentres. The healthcare offer is complemented by a vast regional ecosystem including emergency services, two medico-social institutions, two radiology institutes, a centre for physical and cognitive therapies as well as a home hospitalisation service (Hospital at Home).
With nearly 1,300 employees, the Réseau de l’Arc covers the outpatient and hospital needs of around 80,000 inhabitants, valuing regional wealth, human proximity and quality of care.

Job Description
The VIVA Project – an innovation in Switzerland
Within the framework of the VIVA project, the Réseau de l’Arc is the first fully integrated health organisation in Switzerland to offer its own insurance and care plan.
VIVA is based on a modern vision of local medicine: coordinated, continuous and patient-centred care, promoting collaboration among all actors in the healthcare system. Accessible to the inhabitants of Jura and the Jura Arc, this model guarantees optimal quality of care and a smooth, coherent health pathway.
You will provide comprehensive and personalised patient care, including notably:
- General medical consultations (diagnosis, treatment and follow-up)
- Complete health assessments and clinical evaluations
- Longitudinal patient follow-up with a comprehensive and preventive approach
- Management of acute and chronic conditions
- Rigorous maintenance and updating of medical records
- Implementation of prevention (screening, vaccination, health advice)
- Collaboration with other health professionals within the VIVA network
- Coordination with specialists as part of multidisciplinary care
- Participation in continuity and quality of care
- Continuous training to maintain a high level of medical expertise
Qualifications
- General practitioner or family medicine diploma recognised in Switzerland or in the process of recognition (MEBEKO)
- Experience in outpatient medicine and primary care
- Interest in local medicine and integrated care models
- Ability to work in a team and interdisciplinary network
- Excellent interpersonal skills and listening ability
- Fluency in French is essential: German or Swiss German is an asset
