The Cantonal Social Welfare Office, responsible authority in the canton of Fribourg especially for the compensation of victims according to OHG, the collection and advance payment of maintenance contributions, and the coordination of social assistance, offers persons with completed legal internship and simultaneously preparing for the bar exam an internship position as a lawyer (50-60%) for at least 6 months.

Your tasks
- Drafting decisions in the area of victim compensation according to OHG / collection and advance payment of maintenance contributions
- Representing the interests of the state before cantonal courts and senior offices in civil and criminal proceedings
- Legal questions in the handling of social assistance cases
Desired profile
- Master of Laws, completed legal internship, preparing for the bar exam
- Proficiency in German or French with very good knowledge of the other language
