Product Development Project Manager
Your profile:
Higher technical education (HES, engineer or technician ET).
Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in watchmaking, ideally in the dial field.
Excellent knowledge of manufacturing and industrialisation processes.
Leadership, autonomy, rigour and excellent interpersonal skills.
Analytical mind, sense of priorities and solution-oriented. Your missions:
Manage new product development projects, from analysing customer needs to industrialisation.
Coordinate quality, methods, production and logistics teams.
Ensure technical feasibility, quality and respect of deadlines.
Monitor technical files and support the transition to series production.
Actively participate in continuous improvement and resolution of technical issues.
