Medical Practice Assistant (80% - 100%)

• You organise, accompany and support our consultations in a well-structured manner - with a lot of heart 
• You ensure a warm and smooth patient reception and are the first point of contact for our patients, who always feel well cared for with you
• You independently carry out laboratory diagnostics and help to gain important insights for medical care (Fuji DriChem, Sysmex, Afias)
• You professionally implement the medically prescribed diagnostic and therapeutic measures and thus contribute to holistic healing
• You take over telephone management and coordinate appointments professionally
• You perform administrative tasks and ensure clean documentation (reporting from dictation onwards)

• You have completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant – and you feel at home in this profession
• You are confident in using MS Office (knowledge of Axenita practice software is a plus)
• You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form. Foreign language skills are a welcome bonus
• You demonstrate high flexibility and resilience and are always service-oriented
• You are communicative, approach patients openly and always present yourself professionally
• You enjoy working with people and have a high level of empathy
