Construction Team Leader - Electricity Distribution (M/F) 80-100%

The Electricity Distribution Directorate builds, maintains and operates the electricity distribution network. Through the development of innovative offers, it ensures technological mastery of projects such as the implementation of the smart grid or public lighting.
Mission:
- Manage a team of around 30 employees with profiles including network electricians, site managers and site coordinators
- Set, coordinate and monitor the objectives of your entity and team members
- Lead, organise and coordinate maintenance, renewal and extension work on the MV/LV network and public lighting for internal and external clients in your region
- Provide technical and safety support to teams during complex sites
- Ensure compliance with SQE standards and promote a safety culture within your team
- Establish and manage the operating budget in accordance with directives, particularly for tooling and vehicle items
- Manage the execution of mandates and financial and human resources as well as ensure the organisation of the on-call service
- Participate in various working groups for the continuous improvement of work processes
Profile:
- Qualified network electrician or equivalent training and experience
- At least 10 years of experience in the electrical field, including 5 years with team leadership responsibility is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of project management
- Good knowledge of distribution networks and construction from both a technical and Swiss legal perspective
- Excellent knowledge of French, ideally with good oral command of Swiss German or German
