Your area of responsibility
- Responsibility for the support, further development and optimisation of the integrated management system (IMS), quality management system (QMS) as well as the internal control system (ICS)
- Ensuring compliance with the requirements according to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 as well as the legal provisions of the Swiss Gambling Act
- Revision, updating and documentation of processes, instructions and procedures
- Preparation of the monthly ICS reports
- Planning, execution and follow-up of internal audits
- Preparation and updating of internal training materials
- Collaboration and leadership of projects in the area of compliance and quality management
- Administrative support of the Head of Compliance
What you bring
- Completed vocational training in the commercial field or equivalent basic training
- Several years of professional experience in quality management, process management, controlling or a comparable specialist area
- Further training in quality, process or project management is an advantage
- Analytical, structured and independent working style
- Strong process understanding as well as entrepreneurial thinking
- High initiative, organisational skills as well as a responsible and discreet working style
- Very good MS Office skills and affinity for digital work processes
- Very good oral and written German skills and additional language skills are an advantage
- Impeccable reputation according to legal and regulatory requirements
