Your area of responsibility

• Responsibility for the support, further development and optimisation of the integrated management system (IMS), quality management system (QMS) as well as the internal control system (ICS)
• Ensuring compliance with the requirements according to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 as well as the legal provisions of the Swiss Gambling Act
• Revision, updating and documentation of processes, instructions and procedures
• Preparation of the monthly ICS reports
• Planning, execution and follow-up of internal audits
• Preparation and updating of internal training materials
• Collaboration and leadership of projects in the area of compliance and quality management
• Administrative support of the Head of Compliance

What you bring

• Completed vocational training in the commercial field or equivalent basic training
• Several years of professional experience in quality management, process management, controlling or a comparable specialist area
• Further training in quality, process or project management is an advantage
• Analytical, structured and independent working style
• Strong process understanding as well as entrepreneurial thinking
• High initiative, organisational skills as well as a responsible and discreet working style
• Very good MS Office skills and affinity for digital work processes
• Very good oral and written German skills and additional language skills are an advantage
• Impeccable reputation according to legal and regulatory requirements
