About the job

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a reliable, independent and committed individual as Accountant (80%) to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Independent handling of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Monitoring and ensuring liquidity
• Carrying out cash reconciliations
• Responsibility for dunning processes
• Processing and handling of payroll accounting
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Assistance in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Preparation of statistics and evaluations within the scope of monthly closings
• Creation and processing of offers for major customers

Your profile:

• Commercial basic training with further education in accounting is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in accounting
• Independent, structured and precise way of working
• Trustworthy and discreet personality
• Outgoing and communicative personality with enjoyment of telephone contact
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience with accounting software, ideally SAGE 100, an advantage
