ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER 100%

Job Description

• Ensure the entire organisation of the store together with the Store Manager
• Support and motivate the sales team
• Represent the Store Manager in all matters during their absence
• Advise and sell the products offered in the store (Swatch watches, jewellery and Flik Flak)
• Perfect customer reception, service and product presentation
• Minor repairs and changing watch straps and batteries
• Ensure the appearance of the shop and displayed goods (shop window, furniture and sales tables)
• Receive deliveries, unpack and pack
• Operate and reconcile the cash register
• Various administrative tasks

Profile

• Training in retail
• Solid sales experience, preferably in the watch or lifestyle sector
• Leadership experience in a similar position

Required Skills

• High self-motivation and commitment
• Number-oriented, good organisational skills and team-oriented
• You appreciate flexible working hours (Saturday and Sunday work; store open 7 days a week)

Languages

• Native German speaker, good English and if possible French skills, any additional language is an advantage
