For our finance team, we are looking for an experienced and analytically strong personality who actively shapes our controlling and acts as a sparring partner for the business. In this newly created role, you will report directly to the CFO and take on a central function in the financial management of our company.

Your contribution to our team

In this responsible role, you will take on central tasks in business controlling and actively contribute to the financial management and further development of our company. You analyse business figures, support the planning and management of budget, forecast and reporting, and provide sound decision-making bases for local management as well as the international headquarters.

As an important sparring partner for executives and departments, you identify financial opportunities and risks early, derive concrete recommendations for action and accompany the implementation of optimisation measures. In doing so, you work closely with sales, logistics, purchasing and finance departments and support cross-departmental projects with your business expertise.

Through close collaboration with our locations in the Romandie, you regularly operate in a French- and English-speaking environment. You present analyses, discuss financial results and coordinate planning and reporting processes with national contacts. Your very good French skills enable you to communicate professionally at all hierarchical levels.

Furthermore, you drive the continuous development of controlling instruments, processes and reports and thus make an important contribution to the transparency, efficiency and sustainable management of the company.

Your profile

• University degree (Uni/FH) in business administration, accounting or controlling
• Several years of professional experience in business controlling or finance business partnering (ideally >10 years)
• Experience in a trade or wholesale environment is an advantage
• Experience in project management as well as cross-functional collaboration
• Very good German, French and English skills, both spoken and written, are mandatory
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel; knowledge of Power BI or Microsoft D365 is a plus
• Analytical, structured working style with a strong understanding of numbers and an eye for connections
• Communicative personality with high initiative and confident appearance as well as enjoyment of a dynamic environment
