Customer Advisor Inbound 100%
Your tasks
- Telephone advice for insured persons and interested parties in German (Inbound)
- Information on various concerns by phone, chat and e-mail
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Ongoing monitoring of open pending matters
- Administrative and coordinative tasks
Your profile
- Experience in customer advice and direct customer contact is an advantage
- Completed apprenticeship, ideally commercial or in customer service
- Career changers with experience in customer advice are welcome
- Confident German in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
- Good MS Office skills
- Strong communication skills and high service orientation
- Enjoyment of telephone communication
