What you can achieve:
- You manage the reception in an asylum center
- You register new asylum seekers and handle all administration related to new registrations
- Telephone management as well as writing reports are part of your responsibilities
- Access control and the associated reporting are your responsibility
- You coordinate various process flows in collaboration with your team
What you bring:
- At least 21 years old
- Impeccable reputation (check of debt enforcement and criminal record extracts)
- Very good German skills, good English skills, and basic French knowledge
- Know-how of current information and communication technologies, as well as very good user skills in the MS Office suite
- Willingness and enjoyment of irregular working hours (weekend and night work in three-shift operation)
- Communicative, good manners, well-groomed appearance
- High resilience and a confident demeanor
