Service Coordinator and Technical Support Engineer

Your Tasks

Ensuring first and second level support for our customers and service locations

Technical support via telephone, e-mail and remote access

Problem analysis / fault diagnosis and implementation of corrective measures

Preparation of quotations and processing of service orders (spare parts, service calls, revisions)

Planning, commissioning and supervision of our service technicians during assignments

Your Profile

Technical basic training (polymechanic, automation technician or similar basic training)

Further training advantageous (higher technical college, technical business administrator or similar)

Experience with CNC-controlled machine tools (Siemens control)

Good user knowledge of the MS Office suite and SAP (CS module)

High customer orientation, teamwork, reliability and resilience

Languages: German and English (spoken and written)
