From September 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a qualified workshop manager.

Josef Amstutz AG is a leading company in the manufacturing industry based in Wettswil am Albis / ZH. We specialise in the production of high-quality industrial containers and are seeking to strengthen our team with a committed and qualified Production Mechanic (Agricultural Machinery Mechanic or related professions). Tasks

• Setting up, monitoring and repairing various production facilities
• Managing the workshop in collaboration with the operations manager
• Conducting quality controls and ensuring compliance with production standards
• Maintenance and servicing of machines and equipment
• Optimising manufacturing processes to increase efficiency
• Support at the Spreitenbach / AG site

Qualifications

• Completed training as a production mechanic or in a related profession
• 2 to 3 years of professional experience
• Experience in handling production equipment
• Technical understanding and the ability to read technical drawings
• High quality awareness and precise working method
• Teamwork skills, reliability and initiative
• IT skills in Word/Excel and Outlook
• Willingness to obtain a "restricted installation permit"
