During one year, you will immerse yourself in one of the following specialist areas:
- In the area of Operations you support the smooth processing and optimization of internal banking processes. You assist in processing transactions, quality assurance, and analyzing workflows. In doing so, you gain exciting insights into the bank's operational processes and actively contribute to increasing efficiency.
- In the Financing Center you assist in processing financing applications and ensure that these are handled promptly and with the best quality. You help monitor the business of customer advisors and contribute to the further development of financing processes, basic products, as well as training and development measures.
- In the Direct Bank you support the care of private customers who contact us online or by phone. You help process customer inquiries, find solutions, and ensure smooth service. In doing so, you gain exciting insights into digital customer support and learn how we ensure high customer satisfaction even without personal contact.
- Graduation from the cantonal commercial or business secondary school – your performance is good to very good
- You find it easy to use MS Office programs
- Planning and organizing are enjoyable for you, and you bring impulses and creative ideas
- Learning new things is fun for you and motivates you to show a permanent willingness to learn and perform as well as a lot of initiative
- You are characterized by pronounced personal responsibility and independence as well as networked and holistic thinking
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
