Das Buchseegut Köniz is part of the Salvation Army Switzerland's social work. We support and promote people with disabilities in the areas of living, work, and leisure.To complement our housekeeping team, we are looking for a housekeeping specialist. The position is ideal for entry into educational work.
Your tasks
- Co-responsibility for cleaning the common areas as well as residents' rooms, involving the residents
- Assisting with interim and thorough cleaning throughout the institution
- Guiding, supporting, and promoting employees with adapted workplaces
- Deployment in the laundry as needed
- Taking on additional operational tasks according to suitability and interest
Your profile
- Completed vocational training as a housekeeping specialist EFZ or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience and good German language skills
- Independent, resilient, and flexible personality with a sense of humour
- Respectful, appreciative, and benevolent interaction with employees with adapted workplaces as well as with residents
- Identification with the mission statement and values of our institution
