Your area of responsibility:

• Design and calculation of components and assemblies for new developments and further developments using FEM or analytical methods
• Technical support in feasibility studies, practical tests, failure analyses and damage investigations - Specialisations Aviation, Aerospace, Vehicle Construction
• Developing the basis for calculation tools and simulations as well as modelling and implementation in suitable tools
• Aviation sector: Conducting and leading structural analyses of aircraft structures (including fatigue calculations and spectrum generation)

Your profile:

• Engineer FH/ETH specialising in Mechanical Engineering
• Strong technical and mathematical understanding
• Advantageous - several years of experience in calculations and verification in mechanical engineering
• Experience with fatigue and damage tolerance analyses (ideally more than 5 years)
• Very good FEM knowledge and classical structural calculations using hand calculations
• Advantageous: Very good knowledge of Mathcad, Matlab, Ansys and practical experience with Hyperworks and AFGROW
• Knowledge of MS Office applications
• Good written and spoken English skills
• An open and competent manner
• You appreciate creative freedom and show initiative
• Your place of residence is in Switzerland
