One of the leading retirement centres in Eastern Switzerland and with around 350 employees a significant employer in the region. The professional services and various forms of accommodation are used by up to 330 experienced elderly people. At our two locations in Kreuzlingen and Bottighofen, we implement contemporary care and support concepts. We are guided by the principles of family-centred care and palliative care. • Production and preparation of meals as well as plating of the daily, vegetarian and weekly menus
• Support at various occasions and events (e.g. brunch, holiday meals, various cold and warm buffets as well as the traditional Öpfelchüechlimarkt)
• Recognising the connections between nutrition, health and illness
• Independent task fulfilment while observing economic and ecological aspects
• General assistance in the kitchen team including carrying out cleaning tasks
• Compliance with general food processing guidelines, HACCP hygiene regulations and the hygiene concept
• Shift work with duties between 7:00 am and 7:30 pm
• Participation in team meetings

• Resilient, humorous and dynamic personality with successfully completed training as a Cook EFZ
• Experience in upscale catering in a hospital or residential home environment preferred
• Catering experience an advantage
• Empathetic, open, reliable and humorous team personality
• Driving licence category B
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays

• Versatile, demanding and meaningful activity within a professional, motivated and committed team
