Your Tasks
- Professional management of the "Centre for Clinical Emergency and Acute Medicine (ZNA)"
- Ensuring and actively participating in the initial care of emergency patients
- Close cooperation with emergency services, outpatient doctors, cooperating hospitals and other specialist departments in the hospital, as well as establishing and further developing cooperations
- Quality assurance and active further development of the department
- Organisation of internal hospital disaster protection
- Ensuring GBA regulations for the tiered system of emergency structures
- Leading your medical team and interdisciplinary assistant doctor training
- Participation in the on-call service of the emergency department
- Ensuring patient-centred care and communication
Your Profile
- You are a specialist in a clinically relevant emergency medicine field with several years of clinical experience and leadership activity
- The additional qualification "Clinical Acute and Emergency Medicine" is mandatory, additional qualification in intensive and emergency medicine is desirable
- You are characterised by pronounced social competence, a modern team-oriented leadership style, and empathy towards patients
- You bring high commitment, team spirit, and your own ideas, wish to develop further and become a defining personality in our new outpatient clinic.
- High sense of responsibility and flexibility are a matter of course for you.
- You enjoy sharing your knowledge with younger colleagues and actively contributing to training (including sonography, diagnostic measures).
- You have the ability to combine medical quality and economic action across professional groups
