For our client, an established company in the service sector, we are looking for a reliable personality in finance and accounting with a workload of 70–100%. In this role, you will check daily accounts, process incoming payments, and assist with monthly closings. You will work closely with administration and operational departments. The position is available immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• Checking daily accounts from various operational areas, resolving discrepancies, and performing daily closings
• Preparing and reviewing sales reports as well as compiling operational statistics and evaluations
• Posting bank payments, reconciling incoming payments, and handling accounts receivable including dunning processes
• Preparing monthly closing documents and liaising with operational departments to ensure correct accounts

You offer your new employer:

• Completed commercial or comparable training, ideally related to finance and accounting
• Practical experience in accounting, especially with accounts receivable, payment postings, or daily accounts
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills, IT affinity and experience with Excel are advantageous
• Accurate, structured and independent working style as well as enjoyment in collaborating with different contacts
