Whether an experienced professional from retail or a motivated personality from hospitality - we are looking for you as a customer advisor / sales consultant
Job Description
- Customer advice & customer service: You competently advise customers on the entire portfolio of telecommunications (multimedia, smartphones, subscriptions and consumer electronics).
- Enthusiasm in customer service: As a salesperson, you ensure the best customer satisfaction and make every visit to the Swisscom Shop a genuine service experience.
- Sales & closing: You actively analyse customer needs, present modern technology trends, and successfully conclude contracts.
- Shop presentation: You actively assist with store design and the modern presentation of entertainment electronics.
You bring this with you (also suitable for career changers!):
- Education: Completed apprenticeship as a retail specialist (EFZ / EBA) or experience in a service-oriented sector such as hotel industry, service, call centre or hospitality.
- Career changers welcome: You have no experience in the telecom sector yet? No problem! What matters to us is your talent in advising and your strong affinity for mobile and tech trends.
- Personality: You have a confident demeanour, are extremely communicative, and enjoy working in a team.
- Residence & languages: Ideally, you live in the Lucerne / Aarau region. You speak very good German (any additional national language or English is a great advantage).
- Formality: A flawless, current criminal record extract is mandatory.
