THE EXCITING TASKS AWAITING YOU

Developing, designing, tinkering and drawing – as a design engineer, your goal is to reinvent the wheel time and again to meet the requirements and wishes of your customers and to enrich the product range with your innovations.

During your apprenticeship as a Design Engineer EFZ, you will receive comprehensive and practical training and can work in a modern and international environment. With the experience you gain in our engineering teams, you will lay your first important foundation to establish yourself in the world of design engineers. During your four-year training, you will mostly work on the computer. With our state-of-the-art 3D software, you will learn how to develop and design individual parts and assemblies. In addition, you will be involved in project implementation and support the development engineers on specific topics.

THE QUALITIES THAT DISTINGUISH YOU

You have good spatial imagination. You enjoy working in a team, have the ability to work thoroughly and precisely, and have a great interest in technical contexts. If you have completed your school education with good results and your strengths lie in mathematics, physics and geometry, then the doors are open for an apprenticeship as a design engineer at DT Swiss AG.
