To strengthen the team, a person is currently sought as a Trust Officer 60–100%, who independently manages their own client accounting and acts as a competent contact person for trust-related questions. Your tasks with the new employer:
- You independently manage the financial, accounts receivable, and accounts payable accounting of your assigned clients and prepare VAT returns including the annual reconciliations
- You reliably handle payroll accounting, payroll declarations, and salary certificates as well as tasks in personnel administration and social security
- You prepare annual financial statements for closing meetings, create the final closing documents, and process tax returns for natural and legal persons
- Furthermore, you support the mandate management in company formations, restructurings, and liquidations and assist clients in setting up and using digital accounting solutions
You offer your new employer:
- You have completed a commercial basic education and already have professional experience in trust, accounting, or a comparable function
- Experience in independently managing client accounting as well as knowledge in VAT, payroll accounting, and taxes will facilitate your start
- Very good knowledge of MS Office is required; experience with Abacus and especially AbaWeb is an advantage for this position
- Very good German skills as well as an exact, reliable, and service-oriented working style characterise you, as does enjoyment of direct client contact and teamwork
