Your Tasks
- Holistic care and support of patients in the short-stay ward / acute care with short lengths of stay
- Quick and structured admission and discharge of patients within the framework of the short-stay concept
- Support and accompaniment of diagnostic and therapeutic measures in clinical routine
- Close monitoring of health status and early detection of changes
- Coordination and organisation of nursing processes with high patient dynamics
- Interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors, functional services and other professional groups
- Careful and professional nursing documentation according to applicable quality standards
Your Profile
- Completed training as a qualified nurse, health and nursing professional or nurse
- Interest in working in a hospital and ward service
- Ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility and empathy in dealing with patients
- Independent and structured way of working
- Willingness to work interdisciplinarily as well as shift and weekend duties
