A current milestone is the introduction of our new product line BERECO: a CO₂-optimised recycled concrete, in which CO₂ is permanently bound in the material through mineral carbonation. This allows us to make an active contribution to reducing emissions in construction – and to set new standards in the Swiss circular economy.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

Junior Dispatcher or Dispatcher 100% (m/f/d)

You already have experience in dispatching (construction or transport) and know the business from practice; ideally, you even hold a lorry driving licence (category C). You are a team player with high social competence who remains calm even in hectic moments. As a digitally savvy person, you enjoy using modern tools and helping to shape processes. Your quick grasp helps you to always keep an overview in our dynamic environment.

Your mission: Keep everything flowing. Together with two colleagues, you form the heart of our dispatching. You juggle daily with 20 to 40 vehicles (tippers and skips) and ensure that every order is fulfilled. You are not only a planner but also an administrator: from order acceptance to processing, quality is in your hands.

• Timely and demand-oriented coordination of resources in daily business (vehicles, drivers, external hauliers)
• Planning and allocation of transports in compliance with ARV as well as internal and legal requirements
• Economical processing of orders with a focus on minimising empty runs
• Continuous monitoring of vehicles and proactive control in case of deviations
• Maintenance of the systems used including correct data entry
• Obtaining and comparing offers and prices
• Obtaining permits for heavy or special transports and ensuring correct implementation
• Participation in internal and external training courses
