The ZEGG Family in Samnaun is more than an employer. We are a team of individualists, hosts, and visionaries. For our centerpiece – the reception in our 5* Relais & Châteaux Chasa Montana – we are looking for you as a passionate communication talent and warm-hearted host.
You are the face of our house and the first personal bridge to our guests. From the moment our guests enter the lobby until their departure, you are the one who lays the foundation for an unforgettable stay and ensures the "home feeling".
Your area of responsibility:
You confidently conduct check-ins and check-outs and accompany our guests with charm on their vacation.
Whether it’s about the perfect ski slope, a soothing massage in our SPA, or a reservation in one of our gourmet restaurants – you advise with expertise and enthusiasm.
You fulfill special requests, organize transfers, and are the central contact point for all guest concerns.
You manage guest files, handle correspondence, and ensure smooth coordination between departments.

What you bring:
A completed education in hospitality and/or solid experience at the reception, ideally in upscale hospitality.
Joy in direct guest contact and a confident, well-groomed appearance.
Team spirit, flexibility, and the ability to keep an overview even in busy moments.
A positive charisma and the passion to not only meet but exceed expectations.
Very good language skills in German and English (additional languages are a plus).
