Polymechanic - CNC Production with Team Leadership Role

• Independently create CNC programmes for single-spindle turning centres and complex milling/turning centres using CAM systems
• Set up the machines and ensure monitoring of the production process
• Carry out quality controls and continuously optimise processes
• Lead a small team and plan its production orders
• Support the implementation of guidelines and actively participate in projects

• Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ
• Experience in turning with systems such as WinFlex, Fanuc or Mazatrol as well as CAM knowledge is an advantage
• Strong quality awareness and a respectful, team-oriented working style
• Initial experience in resource planning of employees and machines
