Stahl Gerlafingen AG is a significant company within the AFV BELTRAME GROUP, which is the European market leader in the production of reinforcing steel bars.
Around 400 employees manufacture reinforcing steel from scrap steel in Gerlafingen. Stahl Gerlafingen AG is the largest recycling company in Switzerland. The sales markets for the products are in Switzerland and the European Union.
For our HR team in the Solothurn area, we are looking for a reliable and experienced individual who independently manages our payroll and supports the team in personnel administration.

Tasks/Responsibilities
What awaits you:
- You independently manage the monthly payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payroll
- You record and check payroll-relevant changes
- You take care of entries and exits as well as other personnel changes in SAP HCM
- You prepare reports and HR statistics for the group
- You handle calculations and declarations in the area of social insurance and withholding tax
- You are the contact person for employees, authorities, insurance companies and external bodies regarding questions about payroll and personnel administration
- You support the HR team with other administrative tasks
Skills
What you bring:
- Solid SAP knowledge (HR/HCM) is a mandatory requirement for this position
- Commercial basic training with targeted further education in HR, payroll or social insurance
- Several years of experience in Swiss payroll processing
- Very good knowledge of Swiss social insurance, labour and withholding tax law
- High level of responsibility, discretion and professionalism
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Discretion, responsibility and ability to work in a team
